Do Eco Bike Co. electric bikes come fully assembled?

For safety and shipping efficiency, our bikes arrive 85% assembled. You will need to attach the handlebars, front wheel, and pedals. A comprehensive toolkit and step-by-step video guide are included with every order.

What is the typical range on a single charge?

Depending on the model and pedal-assist level used, our bikes typically cover between 40 to 75 miles per charge. Factors such as rider weight, terrain, and weather conditions can influence the final range.

How long does shipping take for new bike orders?

Standard shipping usually takes 5-7 business days within the continental US. Once your bike leaves our warehouse, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery status.

What is your return policy for electric bikes?

We offer a 30-day trial period. If you are not satisfied, you can return the bike in its original packaging. Please note that a restocking fee may apply, and the bike must have fewer than 10 miles on the odometer.

Do you offer financing options?

Yes, we partner with Klarna and Affirm to provide flexible monthly payment plans. You can select your preferred financing method at the checkout page to see if you qualify for 0% APR.

Is the battery removable for charging?

Absolutely. All Eco Bike Co. models feature a lockable, removable lithium-ion battery. This allows you to charge the battery either while it is attached to the frame or separately in your home or office.
